This gated community for “combined care retirement community” where retirees continue to live in familiar surroundings while they progress through different stages of care.

The project includes affordable upscale housing with apartments and bungalows with care free living in a collaborative environment. The activity clubs and community projects for active lifestyle are available for people to participate and contribute in the campus and in the local area with the villages around. An Integrated healthcare facility is part of the project with specialised care for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's etc. under qualified Doctor’s supervision. There is also aqua-therapy centre along with other alternative wellness therapies for rejuvenation and recuperation.

The site planning allows for landscaped walking and jogging trails, outdoor event spaces with amphitheatre coupled with a well provisioned club house, retail and complete food services with dining halls / cafes and bars. The project is designed on 11.5 acres of land for 400 housing units and is approximately 500,000 sq ft of built up area

The building materials are conventional in keeping with commercial building capacity of the city but the envelope design reinterprets with uniquely to individualize this building to make it a “quiet” landmark in the area.
